'Service personnel from the front desk and housekeeping to the bellboys that helped us with our luggage on check-in and check-out were all very professional and extremely accommodating at all times. The only snag during our entire stay was a traffic jam that slightly delayed our drive back to the airport on our way home. Not the hotel's fault.'

'Great location, good amenities, beachtowels for the beach and free rental beachchairs and umbrellas. Nice pool, coolest bar in waikiki (Tiki's) and nice views from the rooms. Keana from the reception was a great help. She worked nightshifts when we arrived and gave us a nice room. Only one issue for us, the elevators can be slow. Sometimes it takes a while to get to your floor. Would recommend and would come back. Mahalo! '

'Everything worked perfect for us at Park Shore Waikiki. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect. We enjoyed the beach towel service and the umbrella/beach chair rentals every day, which you get for free as hotel guests. The staff was always very friendly and attentive of all our needs. Highly recommend ! '

'Gelegen in het drukke gedeelte van Waikiki. We hadden een mooie suite met een goed groot bed. Enige nadeel was de herrie van de straat ( het verkeer en s’nachts dronken schreeuwende mensen) is heel goed te horen in de kamer.'

At the LongBoards, MarilouA took such good care of my family and myself that I felt the whole Hawaii welcome spirit. She really made our day!'
