'The location is great the virtual assistant is very responsive,the room space is ok . But the property is very badly maintained. The light spot are broken . They provided with coffee machine with no coffee no sugar no water . The worst thing was when I came back at night and water to take shower surprise surprise! It’s broken !!! 'Great location close to Central Park and major midtown sights with subway options nearby. Local supermarkets close by. We loved our 2 room 2 bathroom apartment - very handy for a family of 4. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We also utilised the kitchenette fully. Staff were accommodating. Didn’t have much chance to visit the lounge but breakfast was available for a fee. Would definitely stay again. '

'Beautiful home in a lovely and safe part of town. Incredibly spacious, especially for NYC standards, and beautifully appointed down to the smallest detail. Stayed with the entire family and everyone felt like they were living in the lap of luxury with enough space to not be on top of one another. The host was super responsive and super helpful.
