My only complain might be that they didn’t check my id card when I said I lost my room key before they gave me a new one but obviously that was more convenient for me. '

For some reason this time the breakfast was included in the price, normally this costs a fortune. If you do not have to be around here I would take another hotel in the city centre, you can get better value for money in Beijing.'

This is way too long and queues went long, and staff became very stressed. People in a hurry tried to pass the queue. Not really pleasant. They should try to learn from other hotels where you are done in 30 seconds and simplify their procedures.'
