'The Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook is perfectly situated when you have someone studying at Stony Brook University. Good breakfast (buffet) and à la carte dinner facilities. Spacious and clean rooms, but somewhat noisy.'

'Came to visit my daughter at Hofstra and took her into the city. Stayed here because there was a reasonable price and had two queen beds instead of doubles or one king. This place is phenomenal! Friendly staff and very clean. Fitness room is decent and the hot tub was very nice. Could’ve been a little warmer, but I went in first in the morning and then it was heating up as I was in it. Pool is definitely chilly. I’ll definitely be back next time we come to visit my daughter.'
