We provide 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 4 boogie boards for guest use. These items are located on the floor against the wall near the garage. Additionally, guests are welcome to use the firepit and grill located by the pool. Please refer to the house rules for guidelines on safely using the firepit.

Property has 2 security cameras. One that faces the driveway & one that faces the exterior patio.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
