'We had an issue with ants in our room — even in our bed! When we reported it, they only gave us a new sheet. So we had to sleep with ants in our bed that night. Nothing was done when we reported it, although they did mention that it was a known problem. It’s very unfortunate that no immediate solution was provided.'
