'We use this hotel often and have for the last eight years. We used to live in Dehesa Valley and we come regularly to visit friends and family. this weekend Unfortunately, we awere having to attend the funeral of our best friend we brought our two sons with us which are 28 and 25 one Son used the pullout sofa bed and the mattress was atrocious. It was springs no padding all springs I mentioned this to the front desk and their solutions to bring up to comforters to pad the top of the mattress. It...

'The hotel itself is fine but the parking situation on Friday nights is impossible to deal with! There are hundreds of high school kids and In and Out burger takeout line customers flooding the parking area. It took us over 15 minutes to find a spot and deal with the mess. We complained to the front desk, along with another customer, about the situation. She was unable to help since the property shares the space. Her only. response was that was why they don't charge for parking.'

'El Cajon was a good location to travel throughout San Diego County. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel stay was within my traveling budget. I had to leave two days early and spoke to the hotel manager and was told getting a refund would be a no issue. I should expect one. What troubled me, unnecessarily, was that Expedia sent me a message stating as a business they were sorry I was declined a refund; which was completely erroneous and misleading and aggravating. So, I don't plan on...

'Beware these hotel rooms are infested with bed bugs. When I got up in middle of the night for water, I saw about a dozen bed bugs all over the pillows and sheets. I picked up as many as I can catch and put them in a cup as evidence and took them downstairs to hotel front desk and showed them to the attendant. He was not surprised or shocked, he simple said I can move you to another room. In the second room, after checking all the sheets, pillows and mattresses I found several dead bedbugs on the...

'Buena ubicación y limpieza'

'I don’t think the place should even be on the list. Homeless hanging out outside, doors don’t work in the bathroom, shower was very poor, room was extremely hot when we went in. Stay away from this one'

'I booked for a one day stay and it was the dirtiest, nastiest experience in my life. It looked like a murder scene. I had to book another motel down the street and it was a WAY better experience. Wasted my money.'

'Floors were dirty, key cards didn’t work. Sliding doors had sheer curtains so others could see you. It wasn’t a private patio. All non smoking rooms smelled like smoke.'

'The issue is that the AC unit was loud and that curtains would not completely block out the light from the outside. I tried all night to get curtains to stay completely closed but was unsuccessful. A bit pricey for not being able to sleep well during the stay due to the mentioned issues.'

'Rooms are okay good enough to sleep for the night. Rooms need to be updated'
