La chambre donne sur unep étiez terrasses très sympa malheureusement et.ce n'est pas la faute des proprietaires ...les odeurs de la cuisine refoulent dans la chambre ...il y a elgament des guêpes attirees par l odeur de la nourriture sans doute . Dommage parce que le lieu est formidable et l accueil excellent . Je donne une notre de 8,5/10 tout de même pour ce lieu atypique...

'I have stayed at the Hunters Rest for 2 nights a fortnight for over a year. The staff are really friendly. My room (contemporary four-poster) was lovely - way cheaper than an average room in a city centre hotel. The food is delicious pub food. It’s in a beautiful location away from the crowds but with a local clientele. Really can’t say anything negative.'

'Plek en hotel zijn goed, maar wij waren hier met warm weer en kregen een kamer onder het dak, en hier was het nog warmer dan buiten. Zonder airco niet te doen. Tot 2 keer een andere kamer gekregen. De laatste was op de begane grond vloer en redelijk koel. Let op bij warm weer dus, het hotel heeft geen airco, verder prima ligging'

'Een heerlijk klein en megagezellig hotelletje met 3 kamer. Super knus en heerlijk oude stijl. Hele fijne mensen en gastvrij. Heerlijk gegeten en super aanbeveling gehad om nog even naar Lacock toe te gaan. Aanbeveling voor koppels die een romantisch weekeinde weg willen!!'

Had best lekker geweest tijdens deze warme dagen. Kamer was mooi opgeknapt, badkamer met bad was een leuke verrassing.'

The hotel was perfect for our stay and provided ample free parking which gave us a good base for our few days in Bath. It is halfway up a hill which was not a problem for us but for others not keen on walking up hill then be prepared to get a taxi or bus back from the town centre. '

'Mooi hotel met ontzettend leuke kamer. Ligging is perfect en het ontbijt is erg goed en uitgebreid. Wat een stuk minder is is de service, de receptie is rommelig. Wij bleven 3 nachten de 2e dag is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en was er geen koffie, thee en fris bijgevuld, Schone handdoeken waren op het (onopgemaakte )bed gegooid. De laatste ochtend belde we met de receptie of we iets langer in de kamer konden blijven ( minder dan een uur…) en dat was geen probleem maar 10 minuten ná check-out...

"We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton hotel for 1 night and were very pleased. We booked a standard room which was clean and had all the necessary accomodations you would expect (water cooker, coffee, tea, iron, ironing board, vault,…). The room itself was rather small (we travelled with 1 large suitcase, 1 small and 2 backpacks) but the layout of the room was good providing even enough space next to the bed to open the large suitecase. There were enough power supplies (we counted 14 power outlets in total) which also contained an USB-A outlet. The bathroom was compact but there was plenty of space to place your toiletries. Showergel, shampoo, handgel and body lotion were all present.
The breakfast was well organised and quite complete: english breakfast, bread, several serials, meat, cheese, several juices, a wide arrangement of fruits, yochurt and cakes.
The hotel is also located at a busstop for the A1 which drives directly from and to the airport, which is very convenient. Overall there was nothing to fault. I had a good night sleep and an enjoyable stay. "

The room is not very big but has a water cooker with coffee/tea amenities and is quite cozy. It also has Netflix streaming which is great if you are staying for one week. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hip and trendy hotel to stay at nearby Cabot Circus."

We hadden twee kamers, duidelijk verschil. Eén kamer was een stuk groter, had een tafeltje en een stoel en een grotere wastafel. Die kamer was op de rustige kant. De andere kamer was krapper en zat aan een drukke weg.
Zeer goede bedden. Wel wat gehorig, vloer kraakt ook op meerdere plekken.
