While I had many text that provided the information that was necessary. I still like the old fashioned check in where I get to talk to a person. We wanted to check out the lounge but never found it. 'Property itself is excellent, but surrounded on all sides by 24/7 high traffic. If you are near Savannah and on second floor, expect occassional truck and siren sounds all night. This facility does not reset/light exchange rooms during a guests stay. You will have to request removal of trash, towel exchange. etc.'

'Everything about this place was just fantastic! The cleanliness and the comfortability was amazing. The staff were so welcoming. I was immediately offered complimentary champagne which kicked off our stay! This hotel is in the heart of downtown so we were able to shop, eat and look around all within walking distance which is a plus! The rooftop bar was such a vibe! I would absolutely stay here again!
