'This affordable hotel is about 20 mins drive from downtown Charleston. Staff is helpful and nice. We booked for 5 persons, but we had to make the sofabed ourselves. Also there were only towels provided for 4. When we asked, it was no problem and got them. Breakfast is good, but the line for waffles was long and is at the start of the buffet. Maybe move the waffle station to the end and get an extra waffle iron would help a lot. '

'This property was a mess. No A/C in the lobby, check-in area, breakfast room, elevators. Giant trash cans were catching water from the ceiling, which was sagging, and they had towels down all over the floor. Pool out of order, business center out of order (mostly because someone's kid who came to work with their parent was in there, hanging out.) There is also a return vent near the back entrance where parking is and it was full of dust and black mold. The entire place smelled like people smoked...

'The hotel was extremely dirty. The first room they took me to was full of mold. It was so bad. It me. My daughter have an asthma attack .The manager changed my room to another room that wasn't as moldy but was still dirty. He refused to give me a refund.'

'The property was way more than I expected. All staff was really friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful. The staff my cleaning people great. How they interact with each individual was really impressive to me. They have a wine and cheese hour a cookie and milk hour and also their breakfast buffet was outstanding. Truly I don’t have anything bad to say about it'
