'This affordable hotel is about 20 mins drive from downtown Charleston. Staff is helpful and nice.
We booked for 5 persons, but we had to make the sofabed ourselves. Also there were only towels provided for 4. When we asked, it was no problem and got them.
Breakfast is good, but the line for waffles was long and is at the start of the buffet. Maybe move the waffle station to the end and get an extra waffle iron would help a lot. '
'The property and staff are excellent. Trotters Restaurant inside the facility is reasonably priced and serves well prepared meals. The bed mattress was soft yet very comfortable. I also liked that the room temperatures were controlled by a thermostat instead of a window unit.
Best Inn that I ever stayed at for the price I paid.
I would definitely stay again when I am in town. '

'Plenty of room for the wife and kids. It was a family event and we went a day early and let us merge the reservations so we did not have to change rooms. Great place overall.'

When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. Our room is everything I hoped for and more! I had a business trip right after our anniversary trip and the Pinch has in room washer and dryers! I was able to get my laundry done quickly and efficiently in my own time!
