'At the arrival they gave us lowest floor corner ocean view room with one side facing construction area even the occupancy was probably less then 40%. First morning the construction noises woke us up at 7am so we ask if they can change our room and they did . We got the same room on the other side of the building one floor up. Rooms spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated. '
'The hotel is beautiful and the staff was fantastic. We had a big group since we were celebrating a 40th and a 10th birthday party. Daniel at the pool bar and all our servers at the pool and restaurants were great. Always making sure we had drinks and food available. Our butlers were sahid and Gustavo and they again always made sure our reservations were ready every night and helped us with pool chairs everyday. We loved our time here and will be back '

'I liked everything but I think it can be a bit better by opening a club and have it open till like 3am or 4am with drinks a dance floor maybe something extra like on a Friday bubbles dance floor, Saturdays is a concert on Sunday a contest on Monday a Raffle Tuesday karaoke ECT BUT I REALLY DID ENJOYED IT!! 'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests. '

'We love how friendly the staff is especially Jesus with the pool, exercising and other activities. Roger Angie and Deonte go above and beyond at the sports bar and Caesar goes hard at the martini bar. We will definitely be back for a third time.'
