'The only thing we had an issue with is the owners niece who was working the front desk. She was on her phone the whole time, didn't want to help when we asked if we could take out trash ourselves(it smelled bad while we were eating in the lobby). She didn't seem to understand what we were saying, or want to help anytime we asked a question. The cleaning lady who did the breakfast was more helpful and way friendlier. When we checked in the lady who was there was great too. Other than the owners...

'The heat worked well, the room was clean, comfortable and had nice decor. The TV was a nice size and had lots of channels. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size and very clean. The only not so great things were: the very small and thin bath towels, it was hard to find the motel at night due to lack of signage and the fact that we got back to the motel very late (after the front desk closed and there was no way to ring for service) and my room key did not work....
