'Couches and furnitures in the mountain view room were pretty rough. Staff was great, there is constructions going on in the front currently. You will have to enter in back.'

'Room not cleaned for 3 days, 3 star rating'

'Dank je wel Sharon, Chad en de rest van het personeel ! Zo aardig , ik zou er zo weer heen gaan. Super ontbijt en ze hebben ons midden in de nacht geholpen met het wassen van onze kleding, die zat onder de haargel omdat de douane kennelijk onze koffer had opengemaakt maar de dop niet op de tube gedaan had en mijn zoon heeft dankzij sharon en chad een geweldige verjaardag gehad op vakantie '

'I loved everything on property, although the heater on the whirlpool was not working. We book hotels specifically for the use of these particular amenities and the heater was not working. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.'

'We had a smooth check in and at good price. Our suite was clean well stocked with supplies and had all the amenities you would expect. Location wise, it’s in a nice neighborhood with plenty of shops and grocery stores near by. This is a great spot for an extended stay as it has a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you would need to prepare meals. This hotel also has a nice rooftop seating area which was a fine spot to relax in. Over all my spouse and I had a nice stay and will...

'Spacious and clean room. Great area!'

Our experience was unfortunately marred after our stay when we discovered we left an expensive toiletry bag in the room. Numerous phone calls to the hotel did not generate a response, and they were not helpful at all in trying to retrieve it. The friendliness seems therefore somewhat superficial. '

'Honestly, this place felt more like transient housing than a hotel. Sketchy people hanging around the property at all hours. We forgot to bring shampoo and conditioner and there was absolutely none of those things provided in the room. Zero extras of any kind. Not even soap. (And look, we don’t bring soap with us because of the bare minimum expectation that there will be some kind of soap in our room.) When we went to the front desk to ask, they said they had nothing like that in spite of the...

'The location was terrific for walking to great parks, the Botanical Gardens, Cherry Creek shopping and dining. The host was quick to answer our questions. In any other season, it would have been a better choice for me. My big mistake was, as a southern girl used to air conditioning, failing to notice that the unit did not have A/C. The temps were over 100 degrees while we were in Denver and it would have been much more tolerable to have had a at least a couple of nice sized box fan for both...
