'The unit is in a high rise amongst "condo-row" with an 8th floor view of both the ocean (sunrise) on one side and the bayside (sunset) on the other! very clean place and the linen surface was perfect and easy.'

The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. We came during off-season and there was work, mostly painting, being done to the common areas. And the pool was closed, but that didn't bother us. The only problem we had was when the toaster set off the smoke alarm, before the toast was even done! So we didn't make any more toast, although...

We also walked to the 45th Street Taphouse and there were several other restaurants within walking distance. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. 'This place is located at a very convenient spot. It is very cute and clean and a great getaway place for it a couple wanting to get away for a couple days. Emma, the host is great to work with. I hope to stay here again today.'

TVs were a bit confusing but we are old so younger folks would probably have no problem. There are definitely a lot of channels available once you figure it out. We had some issues with checking in when the door code didn’t work but it was eventually resolved. I would say that in the off season it should have a deep cleaning, along with some updating...
