'Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything.'

'Loved my stay here. loved the area, quiet bldg. Directions for checkin was very thorough step by step. Had everything in apt as if you were home. Maid service needs to be more thorough in cleaning and do a better job at it. Check seating areas and vacuum it, use newer sheets on bedding instead of olds that don't come clean.'

'We stayed the wknd for a cheer competition at the convention center. We got around easily on the Bird/Lime scooters. Also very prompt Lyft/Uber, wait less than 5 minutes. Apartment is very clean. Bathrooms are large and recently upgraded (appreciate that)! Also, washer/dryer was a bonus. CVS right across the street and a lovely brunch restaurant called Yolk, each a 2 minute walk. The 302 Alabama St was not a good location for GPS. I found putting in Delaware and Louisiana st got me much closer...

'This property is excellent for a anyone! Couples, family, friends! Plenty of space, updated and clean property. Great location - close to downtown and attractions. We stayed for the Final Four and Championship NIT tournament and it the perfect location between downtown/airport and Hinkle Fieldhouse (Butler University). Highly recommend if you are visiting the Indianapolis area!'

'Was in town for baseball tournament with 85 year old mother! The place was very clean and comfortable! The area was alittle sketchy! I rented for 5 nights and left after 2 with it being 2 woman 60+ we were nervous there!'
