'The house is fantastic!The host was kind to let us check in a few hours early which was so helpful as our kids were sick and miserable.The house is right on a gorgeous beach that you can walk out to right from the back of the house. The house could use a few minor updates but it does not take away from the incredible location. It was also impeccably clean. We would definitely stay again!'

'Location is amazing. Used to live in Dana Point and dreamed of staying on Beach Road. These are properties that from the ocean and the beach. The view is incredible! It is upstairs, so one flight, not bad. There are train tracks near by but almost not noticed. Unit itself very nice and very livable. No A/C but do not need it. 'When we arrived at the property it was dirty from previous guest and had not been cleaned for us. It had unmade beds with previous guest hairs in it, wet towels on the ground, dishes in the sink. We had to go out to allow cleaners to come and clean, leaving all our luggage inside with strangers. We left for 3 hours and when we got back the cleaners had locked us out, locking the screen door where we couldn’t access the digital lock. We had to wait in the cold for 45 minutes for them to let us...

'Communication was a key factor also. Took 15 hours for hosts to respond back. To get door code . The kitchen does not include an oven. There is a microwave and toaster oven. The apartment is over the owners house down stairs. There is not any privacy on their patio. They can watch you if you choose to sit down there. The BBQ grill has not been cleaned in a long time making it non usable.. The mattress cover and pillows are both stained with yellow and tan colored stains. Plus a slight aroma...

Keuken is ruim, maar qua inventaris mag er wel wat bij: wat nieuwe pannensets en een pizzaslicer. Zwembad is groot en diep! Ook als volwassene is het leuk zwemmen, minder geschikt voor kleine minderen die er niet kunnen staan. Deur naar zwembad is beveiligd.
