'The positives are the property and space. Check-in and communication from owner was excellent. The place was clean and accommodations adequate. It was actually perfect for our needs. The negatives are no stove and oven and the sink had no pressure and hard to turn on and off. Being below the owners, we did hear the owners dog from time to time and their TV late into the evening. The positives far outweigh the negatives. I awarded it 5 Stars.'

'We stayed for almost a week at this property and loved it! It’s very spacious for a one bedroom, the pictures don’t do the size justice! You can tell it is newly remodeled, and the furniture is great. We especially appreciated the mattress which seems to be a Tempur-pedic. The property came with everything we needed for an easy and complete stay!Great location close to 2 bars and 1 restaurant (counter service only), and an easy 10 minute walk into downtown.We will definitely be booking here...
