'Staff with bad humor, the room was dirty, towels filthy, old place, and a ghetto ambience, guest next door yelling at 4am, front desk didn’t do anything, apparently cops came around 2 am also to knock on some other people. I booked the suite. So the expensive one. The sofa looks like it was grabbed from a dumpster'

'There were roaches in the bed and in the room there were prostitutes and drug activities it felt very unsafe would not recommend at all we ended leaving and getting a different hotel'

'3day stay. Our bathroom didn’t have any hot water after the first night. AC unit was loud. Elevators are small, barely fit 3 people and their luggage. Staff was friendly, lobby clean. For the amount of money they charge people they can at least have a decent pillow, hot water and give their rooms some TLC. '

'It was a suitable budget hotel. Simple and sufficient. The air conditioner, like most in American hotels, was old and not the quietest. Every other country has the quieter, newer, mini-split air conditioners, I don't know why the USA does not. Anyways. The area was safe, there were restaurants nearby, the room was comfortable, and I got a good nights sleep, and that is the point. '

'The room was clean but the chair in the room was the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever sat in and the bed was so soft, you’d pull the back muscles if you’re not careful (I think a new mattress is in order). We only ate breakfast in the hotel and the food was delicious. The fitness center was small but the equipment was very functional. The hotel staff, front desk, housekeeping, even the security guard, was very friendly. With only 4 miles from the casino, I think this hotel is a good...
