'I stay at Holiday Inn hotels quite often and have always been very satisfied with my experiences. Unfortunately, this stay was a disappointing exception. We arrived at around 9:00 PM. There were two employees at the front desk. The woman who checked us in greeted us with such an unfriendly expression that I honestly felt like apologizing just for walking in. 'The location is very convenient and right off the main route 59 so that you have access in a minute without hearing the traffic in your room. The place is clean. the staff is friendly. The parking is free, close and easy. They have a bell cart. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is water pressure. It is practically non-existent. Other than that, I'll be back!'
