'This is a beautifully unique place to stay! This cozy cottage is charming and warm. The area is stunning with a gorgeous property, perfect for our pup! So many stunning places to see by the ocean… hikes, restaurants, botanical garden with the huge Trolls! Made memories with our family to hold dear. Thank you! Definitely would stay again! '

'Adorable small cottage, a quick walk to town. A little hilly butan easy walk. House had all amenities and washingachine, which was auper helpful!'

'Melanee’s cottage was the perfect getaway for the two of us. The cottage is cozy with a well equipped kitchen and wifi but the real selling point is the view of the water. It’s a serene setting that affords a relaxing way to end each day. You will be an easy 10 minute drive from beautiful Damariscotta and all points down the peninsula are no more than 30 minutes away. 'This was the perfect little cabin! We loved how close it was to everything and yet was a secluded little piece of heaven away from the crowds. It was pretty, spotless and so comfortable. It had everything we needed and more! Gus the dog was so sweet we loved his little visits and Laura was so wonderful in sharing lots of ideas and information about the area. I wish there was access to the water from the property. MY only suggestion is some type of marking making it easier to find the road maybe ballons on lights '

'We just finished a five-night stay at this property. Rustic is the perfect way to describe it along with offering modern amenities like 1 and 1/2 baths, a complete kitchen, washer dryer and great internet. It's a great secluded location with the General Store just a five minute drive away.'

"Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else felt and looked tired and worn. The curtains looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 90s. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it. Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
