Het is geen hotel maar een studio of appartement waarvoor op het einde van het verblijf schoonmaakkosten moeten betaald worden. De studio of apt. wordt enkel op vraag schoongemaakt tijdens het verblijf. Handdoeken en trash verwijderen kost $25, eindschoonmaak kost $75 voor een studio.'
