'My overall experience at Riu was great -it's a kind of bare bones type of resort that has a good pool and is steps from the beach and was beautiful. I went for a solo birthday trip and when I came back to the hotel from my excursion, they had decorated my room with balloons and confetti and brought me a cake that said happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful and amazing surprise. :D '

'We (myself, husband, and daughter) visited The Cove Atlantis for the first time a week ago. While we were there we checked out all the other Atlantis hotels, Royal, Reef, etc. and we can say without a doubt that The Cove was the most quiet, upscale, luxurious one! The hotel and its restaurants and pools were clean, the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful and the shuttle service (every 10 minutes) was top notch. We will definitely be back!'

'Loved that this property is smaller and quieter. The views from the resort are amazing. Its super clean as well. Traveled here with a toddler and enjoyed our stay. 'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted.
