'This is a quality operation. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are as expected, the in-room breakfast service was prompt, and the food was beautifully presented and warm. We didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant but would expect to next trip. If I were to be critical, it would be great to have a little more lighting to determine that casita we were in as we arrived late and it was a bit difficult the first time. We will definitely return!'

'First off, Expedia should not even have this on their site. Apparently when you pay for the room through Expedia they do not process it completely and send it to the hotel. So then the hotel charges you whatever they want. You must give them a credit card at arrival. Second off, the staff is rude and unhelpful. Thirdly, the rooms are OLD!!!! They are a concrete cell basically. This was an all around BAD experience. '
