'The room was adequate for our needs and expectations. However, my charging cable for my phone was stolen from my car, parked in hotel property. I reported the incident to the front desk girl, who said she would inform the manager and would check the cameras. She never did it and I did not receive any additional information about the incident. The manager never came out to give any explanations.'

'It was a little creepy checking in at night. None of the lights in the parking lot were working. When I got to my room I noticed there was no toilet paper and had to go back through the creepy parking lot to get to the main entrance to ask for toilet paper. The room was clean and they had streaming TV which is always nice to see. '

'The hotel is clean and well maintained. Although breakfast is served, we did not partake as we had plans with family. The breakfast is not free, it is around $10.00. The hotel was quiet and is a short distance from the 101 freeway. We did not hear any freeway noise.'

'This is really a great hotel - great location, great staff - from the front desk to the housekeepers to the valet staff. The only drawback for me was that the restaurant has a great deal of "nightlife"! Eating at the hotel restaurant on a Saturday night was a 3-hour wait -- I don't usually have that problem. The "DJ" played his bass-heavy music until 1:30AM and shook the hotel. This may not be a problem for younger guests - but it was for me. '

'we had room booked from the 8-12th. however after arriving, and going to the room, i couldn’t stay any longer. The couch in the common area was disgusting and unfortunately after i sat on it, the entire night was spent in the shower. i was getting bit by something. i don’t want to know, we wound up booking somewhere else, and working on getting the refund. biggest issue with expedia. i cannot recommend this place at all'

'We absolutely loved this place during our road trip. Good location, beautiful room and with the best finishing touches! Great location and wish we had built longer in to stay here another night. Loved a brewery called Goldwater which was a minute walk away and worth a visit!'
