when i arrived at the property after traveling for over 15 hours, we couldn't enter the unit. Me not being able to speak the local language didn't help the situation either. we were finally able to contact the host of the property and she said Vrbo never contacted her and that she couldn't rent her property as she was living there. The only contact I had with the company was through AI chat which only served to raise my frustration level and did nothing to help me find a place for my wife and I to sleep. I really do need assistance in securing my refund, please contact me to expedite this process.
