'Ben er 3 dagen geweest. Fantastisch hotel voor een korte reis. Vlak bij het vliegveld en groot winkelcentrum. Heeft ook een mooi zwembad. Heel vriendelijk personeel'

'Mooi uitzicht. Rustige ligging. Lekker eten. Heel vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan de receptie, aan de bar, in het restaurant als het poetspersoneel.
De animatie is op sommige momenten redelijk druk, lawaaierig en erg op Fransen gericht.
Vlakbij het hotel busvervoer, waardoor Puerto de Mogan, Maspalomas, Las Palmas ... makkelijk bereikbaar zijn.'
'Nice hotel with very friendly staff, good beds, good good. The heated pool on the 11th floor was a highlight. However, a minor concern was the loose tiles on the 10th floor, which caused me to trip twice.'

It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. So i went to this hotel not very happy, but for my greatest surprise we had a wonderful time in the hotel, everyone was so good in their mansion my kids enjoyed every day of their stay in...

"Hotel zelf prima. Schoon en rook fris. Gastvrije receptie en werden goed geholpen Parkeren op eigen terrein is wel tegen betaling van €10 per dag.
Housekeeping deden goed hun werk.
Alleen de verbouwing naast het hotel zorgde voor wat herrie en stof. "
"Hotel is gedateerd en dat zie je terug aan gebladerde verf op sommige muren en de uitstraling van de kamer. Personeel is vriendelijk en de busservice naar Puerto de Mogan is een groot pluspunt. Akoestiek in de eetzaal laat te wensen over. Fantastische bergwandelingen gemaakt op het eiland "
"It is a very huge hotel but the different blocks have a roof with a package off relaxing possibilities (swimmingpool, (snack)bars loungers for sunbathing, gaming oppertunities etc.). The rooms are perfect, with a great see view, a balcony and clean. Besides that the servicepeople are nice, polite and very helpful. And the food is good with a lot of diversity.
