'Super cute cottage right by the river. Location, location, location. It is just a basic, clean cabin but the sound of the river is amazing!'

'We loved our stay in this vintage cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grill and the hot tub and both were in good working condition. We also loved the close proximity to town. It was a very short walk and allowed us to avoid downtown parking. I would also like to add that the neighbors where very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to them.'

'We had an enjoyable, yet too short of a stay. We liked that we were close to Estes and the activities we planned. I really enjoyed sitting out by the river to watercolor paint in the mornings. We didn't do any meal prep there, but the kitchen seemed nicely appointed.My only recommendation is installing towel hangers in the bathroom. 'We enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin! Probably the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the big picture windows. We watched two spotted fawns sleeping along the fence line. All furnishings were comfortable. Although located in a neighborhood just minutes from town, the large lot and trees made it feel very private.
