'The apartment gave us a nice place for a fun family reunion, it had convenient local parking, many great places to walk to for meals, near public transportation and a very nice neighborhood. It was perfect for us. Next time, I may book an apartment with you on a lower floor so I do not need to climb so many stairs, given I am 71 years old. LOL'

'We are two grandmas who love to walk and this apartment was the perfect base for DC exploration. It was also clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Eric is a great host who was helpful with our planning and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend to family and friends. '

'The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was conveniently located near Capitol Hill and public transportation. There are plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores a short walk away. My family loved our time in DC and staying at this apartment!'

The only downside was that it was noisy at night as it was a busy neighborhood.I would suggest wearing earplugs while sleeping. The condo was also small, but that was described accurately in the listing. The bed was very comfortable and the Internet and everything worked...

The neighborhood is up and coming but the property itself is absolutely gorgeous everything was perfect the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. 'We rented the castle which was 3 apartments. It was perfect for our large group. All three condos were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Garth was very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our gathering and we would be happy to rent again. '
