'We loved the property. Access to multiple hot tubs, laundry, individual units. Loved the beach chairs, umbrella, cart and cooler for our stay. We didn’t even need shoes-walked right across the street to the beach. Everything we needed and more. '

'If you need a clean and beautiful place to stay in St. Petersburg, look no further! My stay at Mint was absolutely perfect. Communication from the host was consistent and fast. Virtual check-in was super easy, and the location is right in the middle of some of the best restaurants in the downtown area. I spent my second day at the beach, which was only 16 minutes away. This place felt like a second home and had everything needed from in house laundry to utensils. Comfortable bed and super clean....

Previous guest clipped toe nails on the balcony and they were still there. Very gross of previous guest. This is why the lower rank on cleanliness. May have been easy to miss for cleaning crew though???'
