'Booked this house for my cousins wedding which was during Memorial Day weekend. House was fantastic, very clean and spacious. Good location just 10 min to the beach (without traffic). Host was great. Will definitely stay here in the future. '

'This beach house was everything we hoped for and more! The space was clean and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious. The location couldn’t have been better—a very short walk to the beach. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making the entire stay seamless from start to finish. We made so many great memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!'

'My friend and I enjoyed a two week stay here and it was very accomodating with all our needs; even a laundry room. The decor was quite interesting with portraits and colorful. It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. And we especially loved the quietness of this location! Thank you Doug and Candy! '

'My husband and I were visiting Florida for a wedding and needed a one night stay in Sarasota. This was the perfect place! The host was great with communication, responded in a very timely manner, and answered all our questions. Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony, the food and music as well! It was also nice watching the planes fly over going to the airport. The bed was very cozy and comfortable, everything in excellent shape, and spotless!!! The pictures...

'Comfortable, tasteful and clean. It even had a small shaded patio to relax and read. In case you have no car, you can ride the pleasant bus straight to downtown, both classy and artistic spots with all types of restaurants. Plus a beautiful harbour. We will come again! '

'The home is very clean. Grocery stores are within a mile. Airport is a very short drive very easy to get to. Close to some very good restaurants also, Cody’s roadhouse/ Kate’s breakfast cafe both very good. Only thing I would recommend is for owner to upgrade beds mattresses are very dated and uncomfortable.'
