'I am a frequent traveller and I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic, the hotel is beautiful, characterful and spotlessly clean. It’s a bit of a warren which adds to the period feel. I really hope I have the opportunity to return soon and if you are travelling to Kathmandu I have no reservation in recommending this hotel. '

If you stay here, there is no need to go outside for food, they have variety of choices. We had their thali, momo and breakfast, they were all so delicious. The rooms are great and it was particularly lovely to you have a comfortable bed and a hot shower after trekking. I also loved the gym, pool and restaurant and the food was wonderful. 'Wij waren een week in Kathmandu. Het Crowne Plaza hotel ligt op een afgescheiden ommuurde eigen terrein, wat een oase van rust opleverde in een anders zeer chaotische stad. Lekker om een beetje bij te komen. Het hotel heeft een aantal prima restaurants. De kwalitiet, maar ook de prijzen daar zijn wel gewoon ' westers'. De service is uitstekend.
