'One of the two elevators did not work at all. So long waits to use the elevator. Thin walls. Could hear people in neighboring room talking and one wretching with a stomach illness late at night. Facility needs some refurbishing. Parking was advertised as "free" on Expedia, but the hotel tried to charge me for parking. K-cups for in-room morning coffee should have been replenished as to be available for the next morning. I give this hotel a C-/D+ grade.'

'A beautiful hotel that was incredibly accommodating to me when there was an issue with the initial hotel I booked. For the same amount of money I was able to stay in a hotel much nicer than the original one I booked and it made my entire visit worthwhile. Gorgeous property that is both modern / renovated yet retains some of that classic hotel charm that is missing from most hotels these days.'
