'nice and quiet, great staff'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Very clean rooms and location, interior and exterior. The staff was really kind and informative as it was my first visit to Phoenix AZ. There was 2 Anthonys there, but both of them were super helpful and polite! Its really great to encounter staff that has great customer service! '

'The front desk clerk was fantastic. Courteous, informative, attentive, and AVAILABLE. Never had to "search" for anyone. The room was top-notch in my book! I slept so comfortably. The entire room, bathroom, kitchen was clean and all appliances were in working order. The only issue I had was the lack of parking spaces available. Vehicles with trailers need to have their own section instead of taking up FOUR OR FIVE parking spaces. Which meant I had to park in the gym's parking lot next door which...
