'The tv was on when we got there and unplugged. There was no phone to call to other rooms, so we couldn't call room service or other's we were staying with at the hotel. The faucet for the shower was coming off the wall and our toliet seat was completely broken just sitting on the toliet. A charger from the last person staying was still in the wall, so it seemed as though our room was just thrown together for us that evening '

'Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. '

'We arrived early for our check in. Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay. There were many people sitting in the lobby waiting. People were complaining as well. Also, they did not have fresh...

'Very clean and eclectically decorated. Loved the woodwork and retro stylings. It was a very unique style that was great compared to cookie-cutter modern chains. A great place with easy access to Inner Harbor and Federal Hill. Super close to both stadiums. '
