'no reply but will not stay there again.'

'This apartment was extremely clean and exactly what we needed. Connie was great with communication and quick to respond. We will definitely book again if we need to stay in the area.'

'Nice, clean, very helpful and friendly staff'

'Clean room. Good breakfast.'

'Very nice suite room, very quiet and restful. Front desk staff were helpful and great in helping us with dinner recommendations'

'Soap dispensers cumbersome to use hard to read labels. Stayed on fourth floor had elephants checking out at 4:15 am above me-no way normal people could make that much noise for 45 mins Happened next morning with new check in less obtrusive Will definitely request 5th with no one above. Have stayed several times so this was only this stay. Staff is stellar; Linda and Michelle most helpful'

'Three different rooms - all had old noisy refrigerators. Unplugged from electrical outlet to get to sleep at night. Breakfast is at market rates - not included. Parking at public ramp located next door is also an extra $16 nightly. Enjoyed free transportation to Mayo Clinic for medical appointments. Didn't get to bar but seemed to have a nice happy hour.'

'Everything was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful navigating our visits at Mayo Clinic'

'Room itself was clean some dishes were dirty but they supplied dish soap and dish washing powder so it was an easy fix. Towels were switched out regularly along with trash taken out regularly. Hallways were clean. Sometimes a faint odor of smoke in the halls but otherwise not a bad place. Staff were helpful whenever the key cards stopped working. View from specific room was mediocre at best was mostly the roof of the pool area.'

'Everything was perfect just that the Internet was that too good'
