'Although I was disappointed that the room had a cooktop and not a microwave, only a couple of functioning outlets, and an unplugged mini fridge, the room was very clean and the building was fairly empty and quiet. I would probably stay here again if I had to.'

'The room we had was clean but not spacious. Because we had booked for 4 nights we tried to get a bigger room but to no avail. Biggest disappointment was the airconditioner, which was very noisy. The staff was ok, but not exceptional in customer friendliness (see above). The exception being the lady in charge in the breakfast room. She was very friendly and helpful.'

'THERE'S NO POOL. the whole reason we booked this hotel was to have a rest day and go swimming on our honey moon. Total bait and switch! We were so upset. Still am.'

'Het hotel is nieuw en perfect in orde. Echter het is diervriendelijk wat geen probleem is mochten de honden bezitters mensvriendelijk zijn. We moesten de directie erbij halen om honden uit de ontbijt zone te houden '

'First room bolt came out of door hinge so I got locked in. They fixed the issue fast. Then the toilet slowly stopped working and eventually completely stopped at 5am. Sent security for some reason to try to fix it although he could not and maintenance was not in until 7am. Moved me to another smaller room which was dirty. Hotel proceeded to argue with me that because I booked third party I could not get my money back just a discount on my next stay. Called third party site myself to see if this...
