'We were not pleased with this hotel; there was construction going on that we might have overlooked during our booking. The front counter staff were not friendly at all and seemed to be bothered when asked questions and during checking in and out. The gym was unavailable as it was being used as a storage room during renovation. The pool was not heated and was not well taken care of. On a better note, the self-served breakfast was very well organized, and with staff that cared about us.'

'The TV in my room didn't work, there was water seeping through the floor in front of the bed and the ice machine on my floor didn't work. I was disappointed of the cost of breakfast, should have went to the Waffle House across the street.'

'I didn't like that the sheets were stained and the covering of the bed had cigarette burn marks on them . This was supposed to be a non smoker room. I wouldn't stay there again.'

'Upon checking in to my room, the tv remote didn’t work. The ice machine on my floor was not working. There was trash in the hallway by the elevator. The kitchen was filthy. Stains on the floor in my room. The room also had a strange smell. There was no microwave in the room.'

'Smoking and weird smell all over the building and no luggage trolley , sofa matress has stains and bathroom has only 1 mini shampoo which is for only 1 person hardly and we're 4 persons and grab n go breakfast was terrible , there was no muffins and coffee was about to end'
