'NO COOLING!!! Fantastic location, decent room, but yeah… hot, muggy, and getting a response from the owner/manager was real tough, lots of automated emails, but no replies.'

'I think the photos are a bit deceiving. Front sliding door was broken. Bathroom was a laundry. Also no information on the listing about how dangerous and under construction the front entry route was (up 30 something steep steps) '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.'
