'Flawless stay. We had an amazing corner room with double views of the city. Everything was clean and comfortable, the room was soundproof and we couldn’t hear a thing. Hope others couldn’t hear our kids. The kids also enjoyed the stay with a surprise welcome Koala stuffy and milk and cookies when we walked into the room. They loved the kid’s sized robes and slipper.The hotel itself is well situated in a walkable place with very easy access to the train, ferry, shopping and more. '

'Fijn hotel, dicht bij het vliegveld, met shuttlebus mogelijkheid. Het gaf ons de gelegenheid om uitgerust en relaxt de reis te beginnen.
We waren wat vroeger gearriveerd maar konden toch gelijk de kamer in. De kamer had alles wat we nodig hadden: een goed, comfortabel bed, gelegenheid om thee/koffie op de kamer4 te maken en een fijne douche.
Het restaurant bij het hotel heeft goede en betaalbare keuzes en het eten was smakelijk en goed bereid.

"I was expecting something different when I booked a hotel with 4,5 stars. It's that definitely not worth that many. The lobby and restaurant are stunning, but the rooms are definitely out-dated and not worth 4,5 stars. The furniture is extremely old and some have locks, which is weird since I'd like to use the furniture in my room? The bathroom was also very old and out-dated. Our conditioner was empty after 1 shower (we were 3 people, 1 person used the conditioner). We were so kind and practical to write 'Empty' on a piece of paper and stuck it in the holder of the conditioner so housekeeping would notice. They ignored or didn't see it TWICE. I mean can we make it any easier for you? Do have to mention that I loved the staff at the reception, they really saved our stay with their kindness and helpfulness. We went down to ask for more conditioner (and by that point also body wash) and they had housekeeping bring us replacements for all the products (5 different in total). But housekeeping did not replace them during our stay, they just left the new ones in the bathroom where we had put them and left the old ones, empty ones, in their holders. Otherwise we did always get towels and the beds were made properly.
Overall an okay experience, if you're used to a 4,5 star hotel being luxurious though, I'd recommend you go somewhere else since this is more of a 3 star hotel in my opinion as a frequent traveller. "
