'The apartment is just as listed. It was super clean with new appliances and furniture. We enjoyed the balcony and having large screen tvs in both the living area and bedroom. The apartment is in an area downtown undergoing urban renewal and there are many homeless on the streets. But the security of this building is OUTSTANDING. We opted for the underground parking. That combined with security key fobs for the elevator and doors made our stay safe and relaxing. We would highly recommend staying...

'Overall, super clean and secure. Very close to the university and an easy trip from the airport. There are many small eateries and cafes not far from the location, and the grocery is less than a block away. This is an excellent location for visiting family or parties of 1-2.'

'This property was perfect for my stay! It looked exactly as advertised, was really clean and stocked with everything I needed for my weeklong stay. The area, though busy, was great with plenty of places to go and close to everywhere I needed to go. There is one assigned parking space behind the house, which can be a little challenging for a larger vehicle if all spots are taken. The host was awesome! Responding quickly to all communications. This property definitely deserves its rating!'

'Was good. Beds comfortable, coffee and filters present, no other pantry items. Loft area gets warm. Whole condo is bright in the morning if that matters to you. Instructions are spot on and accurate for parking and entry points. Dusty in areas other the obvious surfaces, no issue for me but noted. Good location, slightly east of the more dense eateries.'
