'Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.'

'While surprisingly far away from Asbury Park, location turned out great for departure Tuesday morning. Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. Its only about a 45 minute from New York City and love being able to visit New York City and then get some peace and quiet from that busy city. "De kamertjes in The Jane zijn nog steeds goede 'value for money', voor New York standards dan. Maar... de charme van vroeger, dat was de historische lobby, die een chic en beetje quirky sfeer bracht. Dat is niet meer. De hele ground floor is namelijk verkocht aan een besloten club. En strictly off limits. Nu heeft het hotel slechts een kale, saaie receptie ondergronds en een lift naar de étages met kamers. Ik heb hier (opnieuw) acht nachten verbleven, het kamertje is echt prima. Schoon en comfortabel en knus. Maar die Wes Anderson-sfeer... is niet meer."
