'Karen and Cliff and Gina were very welcoming, kind, and set the tone for a relaxation, peaceful get away. Karen’s room service was prepared tastefully and thoughtfully. 'Four old friends taking our 43rd annual getaway. One of us has a health condition that prevented us from going to the Sierras (where we usually go) so we decided on a coast trip. Big house warmed by the wood stove just down the road from the lighthouse. Kitchen is well supplied. Very clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our walk on Manchester beach and sightseeing at the pier (great pizza!) and lighthouse.'

'It was our first stay in a lighthouse keeper's inn. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. There was ample light entering the room from both the north and south sides. We stayed for two nights and the kitchen had ample utensils and plates to cook food from scratch and/or warm prepared food.The only thing that we would have had liked would be more rugs on the floor and more mats in the bathroom. We like to move around in the room barefooted, but the floors were too cold for us.The...
