'The room had a wonderful view. HOWEVER, when I search hotels I look for hotels with hottubs. I called and made sure it was working. They said yes. Get there and it is not working. She said I should of asked if it was a jacuzzi. That is not how it is stated on line. I was VERY disappointed. The one thing I wanted. The staff needs to communicate appropriately and state it is not running as it should be.'
