'This is our second time at this property and works well because we are 4 families with children. The rug was dirty and some of the mattress pads were stained (gross). Maybe it was because it was the end of the season? We also had to buy propane for the grill. It is a good location for the beach, boardwalk, church and Hoffmans. You do hear hotel noise across the street.'
