Hello - we were very surprised to see your review which for us is unusually low. During your stay, you told us what a lovely time you were having & our concierge service booked restaurants for you on several occasions. I understand that on arrival your credit card was declined by Chase Bank due to security block they had put on it. When we called you after seeing your comments here, you told us this was the reason that you reviewed as you did. Obviously we have no control over your card provider and their security process doesn't have any relation or bearing to the hotel. I only hope that you can come back soon and experience more of our hospitality and I wish you had said something during your stay if you were in any way unhappy.
