'We had fantastic service inside the hotel and at the delicious restaurant. The setting is gorgeous with views of the bay on all sides. The room was nicely sized and beds were comfortable. It’s a a great, central location to be able to attend various locations all over the Olympic Peninaula!'

'Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. '

'Bij aankomst netjes geholpen maar moest wel met zware koffer 2 trappen op. Kamer aan renovatie toe. Schimmelplekken in kitranden. Wel goed bed en tv. Ontbijt basic maar ok. Personeel wel behulpzaam, netjes geholpen en vriendelijk. Al met al voor niet zo’n lage prijs een nogal verouderde setting.'

"We stayed here for 4 nights in a suite on the executive floor. Honestly, I couldn’t tell what was “executive” about the floor; it was just like any other corridor. The high price did not match the quality we received. We travel a lot to various countries, and this hotel stood out in its mediocrity.
Upon check-in, we were informed that housekeeping was only done every other day. The parking was expensive, and the garage was mediocre at best. The room had a musty, almost dirty smell. Cleanliness and hygiene were severely lacking, with linens and towels that were musty and of low quality. The shower gel was empty, and when we inquired about it, the first response was that they were short-staffed. In my opinion, staffing issues should not become the customer’s problem.
During off-hours, we saw a staff member lounging on one of the sofas, scrolling through his phone. While I understand everyone needs a break, this should not be done in view of guests.
If you plan to use the sparse breakfast, make sure you’re on time as they close the doors promptly."
