Minor point is on the day of check out we had issues getting the safe open (batteries fell out) and nobody in the hotel actually had the master key, only the manager who lived an hour outside of the city.'

"I like the overall experience at this motel very much.
1) It has free parking which was my initial reason of booking. After check-in, I realised the room also has a working desk, a coffee table with couch and a kitchen. The room has a decent size.
2) The front desk is 24/7, quiet safe. And the management team is very friendly and helpful.
3) The bus stop is just a min walking distance with 7 min bus to the Golden Gate Bridge, 9 min to Lombard street and 10 min to Pier 30.
In downtown San Francisco area, it is not easy to find a good convenient place like this. We all know it is not that quiet if we decide to choose a stay in downtown. So the noise didn’t bother us. I strongly recommend it to every traveller. "
