'Wonderful place, had the most relaxing time here on the water. Friendly, helpful staff, everything we needed in what was a tiny house rather than a hotel room.Loved the dog friendliness here too ,we chose this place because they allowed dogs. The place was so quiet and low key too,everything was quiet after 10. Chincoteague is a charming ,picturesque island, town with multiple delicious food options. Cannot wait to stay at Blu Fin again!'

'View is prettier in person...pictures just don't do it justice. Sitting on the dock with the sounds of nature was just what we needed. Check-in was very easy and everything was as listed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Memories that will last a life time. '

'Excellent stay over long weekend with family and dog. Absolutely hassle free plus excellent communication from hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed the pitches overlooking the marsh views. Easy bike ride to town or the beach! '

'We thought this was a wonderful place to stay, one of the better rentals we’ve had. It’s one of the more private rentals on the island. So we didn’t feel so close to neighbors at all. The house was all clean other than the floors were still a little sandy from the previous renters. They did have a vacuum and broom to sweep it up. Everything was well stocked throughout the house. Towels and bedding were included. There was plenty of towels but only enough washcloths that it wasn’t even two per...

'The house was perfect for a quiet, long weekend of fishing and relaxing. Smith Island is a unique get-away with a small town charm and welcoming residents who made us feel like home. The Pearl had everything we needed with comfortable accommodations given the relative seclusion of the island. Leigh and Chris were extremely responsive.'

'The condominium was exceptional. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and ideally located. The layout was perfectly suited for three adults, offering ample space.We particularly appreciated the peacefulness of the island setting, while still enjoying easy access to all that the town had to offer.We unanimously agreed that we would be pleased to stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend the property to family and friends. It is truly an outstanding accommodation.'

'The Brass Crab is a fantastic house for a family vacation. While not overly large, it comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 young children. The kitchen was appropriately stocked and there were plenty of baby items so you don’t have to pack your own. The house was extremely clean. While we didn’t use the backyard, it is a nice large flat yard to play outside. The host was very friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area. Definitely recommended. '
