Luxe suite op de bovenste verdieping met 1 slaapkamer

Beste gasten, ons appartement ligt op minder dan 100 meter van de warme Caribische Zee en het wereldberoemde Bight Reef. Grace Bay wordt regelmatig omschreven als "Beste strand ter wereld".

Ons appartement heeft al uw vakantie benodigdheden, waaronder: kingsize bed in slaapkamer met en-suite badkamer, slaapbank voor twee personen, complete keuken met koelkast / vriezer / magnetron / fornuis / oven. Gratis WiFi, kabeltelevisie in de woonkamer en slaapkamer.

2 zwembaden ter plaatse samen met een heerlijke strandbar / restaurant (Somewhere Cafe) waar ontbijt, lunch en koele drankjes worden geserveerd.

Boek bij ons en ontvang kortingsaanbiedingen voor veel lokale bedrijven: taxi's, autoverhuurbedrijven, touroperators en watersportbedrijven (kiteboarding, duiken, vissen, snorkelen).

Onlangs (december 2018) hebben we slimme apparaten toegevoegd, zoals: Nest-thermostaat, elektronisch deurslot (geen sleutels meer) en Amazon Alexa. Ook opgewaardeerd de woonkamer televisie naar een 50 "Samsung 4K samen met alle nieuwe woonkamer tafels (koffie, einde en tv credenza). Alles in een poging om de perfecte sfeer voor uw vakantie te creëren.

Ten slotte zijn er wasmachines en drogers beschikbaar voor uw gebruik aan de onderkant van ons trappenhuis. Zo dichtbij!

• Hoe ver is Coral Gardens van de luchthaven? Coral Gardens ligt op ongeveer 8 km van de internationale luchthaven Providenciales (PLS). Bekijk het op de kaart (klik hier). Aanwijzingen zijn als volgt:
o Ga naar het westen op Airport Road (1. 1 mijl)

o Weg vervolgen naar Leeward Highway (2. 8 mijl)

• Hoe ver is de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt? Graceway IGA bevindt zich op 1,5 km afstand en heeft zo ongeveer alles wat u bij uw plaatselijke supermarkt zou vinden.

• Moeten we een auto huren? Dit is soms een uitdagende vraag om goed te beantwoorden. Sommige bezoekers geven de voorkeur aan snorkelen en ontspannen op het strand, terwijl anderen het eiland willen verkennen en willen genieten van excursies. We vinden vaak dat gasten een auto huren voor de helft van hun verblijf, terwijl ze de strandtijd in evenwicht houden met het verkennen van het eiland.

• Zijn er wasmachines en drogers beschikbaar op onroerend goed? Ja, sommige appartementen hebben was- / droogunits. Gasten in condos zonder wasmachine / droger hebben toegang tot on-site wasserette, gelegen in de hal van het Phase 2-gebouw aan de voet van het trappenhuis 4103/4104.

• Biedt u huishoudelijke diensten? Coral Gardens biedt om de dag tijdens uw verblijf een schoonmaakdienst aan. We vinden dat dit u meer privacy biedt voor uw vakantie en tegelijkertijd alle handdoeken en voorzieningen biedt die nodig zijn voor de periode van 2 dagen.

• Zijn de bedden volledig aangekleed met lakens, kussens, kussenslopen en dekens? Ja, een volledig aangekleed, comfortabel bed wacht op uw aankomst.

• Zijn strandhanddoeken aanwezig? Ja, tijdens het inchecken verstrekt het kantoorpersoneel elke persoon in uw gezelschap een full-size strandlaken die u dagelijks kunt vervangen door een nieuwe. Zoals je je kunt voorstellen, is water een kostbaar goed op Turken en Caicos, dus doe je best om geen handdoeken te verspillen.

• Moeten we strandstoelen of parasols huren? Nee, we hebben je bedekt met nieuwe stoelen en parasols. Gerome helpt je graag bij het verhogen van die paraplu bij het selecteren van je plek voor de dag.

FABULOUS stay at Coral Gardens-We'll be back!!

We had the best time at Coral Gardens. The check-in was quick and easy and the resort staff was very attentive to all of our needs. The condo was clean and very much as the pictures showed. Housekeeping came regularly. Best of all, the view was to die for. You are steps to the beach, with your own beach chairs waiting for you each day. The snorkeling right in front of Coral Gardens was amazing. The owners were so attentive-promptly answering questions and offering help with anything we needed. We will come again. The only drawback was the construction next door at the Andaz. We were usually gone during the day, but the noise was significant during our stay. Hopefully, they will be wrapping up the noisy part soon.

Great Location!

The location of the condo is amazing and enjoyed all of the amazing amenities that the resort has to offer. Working with the host was a great experience as well and checked in periodically several times throughout the process to assist us in anything we needed. Our only challenge during the trip centered around cleanliness. 1) They must have just sprayed pesticides around the property because we kept finding dead bugs for a few days; 2) the resort did not clean our unit every other day as mentioned during check in and had to ask; and 3) a ladder was left blocking our door for an entire day and had to ask the office if it could be moved so we could enter the unit. Otherwise would recommend staying here!

Great location

This was our first visit to Grace Bay and the location is on the quieter end with beach lounges right on the water directly in front of the snorkel area and protected reef. Somewhere cafe is very convenient. Construction was not too bothersome as we spent most of our time at the beach.

Fresh, clean property

We appreciated the freshness of the property and the towel service at the pool. This may seem silly, but I liked that a vacuum was left accessible for us since despite all the rinsing in the world, sand just finds a way in sometimes with kids and I hate feeling it on the floor with my bare feet. My only complaint would be that the Coral Gardens property emailed me in advance of our visit asking about making reservations for us. I responded with a long email back that went unanswered. Property owner, Brendan, was very responsive.

Ruined our trip

Ad was totally misleading. Pictures did not show the truth. They indicated gorgeous views which were actually obstructed by a massive partially constructed building. Construction woke us up at 7:30am. Roaches in the kitchen. Mosquitoes swarming outside front door. Ladder obstructing front door when we arrived. Safe batteries were dead, but when it did work, the passcode was pre-set so owners and maintenance can get into the safe! Mattress was atrocious- springs were shot and you rolled into a pit in the middle. Coffee machine had to be 20 years old and disgusting. We couldn’t get it to work. Oh yeah - and while we were out, someone a left a hair on the toilet and urine on the side of the seat. We have pictures to substantiate EVERYTHING. We were very cordial the entire time but the bathroom incident was the last straw, so we left and got a place elsewhere. Once we told them we left, they got rude. We asked for a full refund and they decided not to oblige. They offered us 680 to keep our mouths shut (which explains the exceptional reviews). Clearly, we declined. Better to let you all know not to let these people ruin your vacation too.

Perfect condo with great views!

Check in was easy, place was very clean and cold and had all the amenities shown on the listing site. View was phenomenal despite the Andaz construction next door. Construction was a little noisy but didn't bother us at all as were out of the room for most of the day. Would recommend and stay again!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great time staying at Coral Gardens. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. Location was convienient to many different things to do as well as being close to the reef. Condo was clean and well kept.

Gteat Condo on Grace Bay

My wife and I, along with our 2 boys really enjoyed our stay at Coral Gardens. The forecast had us worried but everything turned out very good. We had a great time and have ZERO complaints. This was our 2nd stay at Coral Gardens. The last time was a different condo. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family or whoever else would inquire about it.

Beautiful condo, but a little noisy right now

My wife and I stayed at this condo from April 27-May 4, 2024. The condo itself is beautiful and we were able to walk down to the beach in less than 2 minutes. The beaches were wonderful and were not crowded at all. The beach attendants were very friendly and there were always chairs and umbrellas available for us during the day. The only problem right now, which isn't the owner's fault, is that there is a large condo development going up right next door. There are construction workers there from about 7 am until 6 pm and it is quite noisy if you try to sit outside on the balcony. It's not really a problem if you are down on the beach because the water drowns out most of the noise, but it's something to be aware of if you are thinking about renting this property. Other than the construction, we were happy with our stay. We rented a car, so we were able to drive around the island, but the condo is not too far of a walk to some restaurants in the area, especially if you walk along the beach. Somewhere Cafe, which is located at Coral Gardens, has some good Mexican food and cocktails. Indigo and Blue Water Bistro, which are about a 10 minute walk up the beach at Wymara Resort, were very good. One minor issue is with the dishwasher in the kitchen. When you open the door, the bottom dish rack rolls forward and you have to be careful that the dishes don't all fall out. The dishwasher probably needs to be leveled or attached to the wall.

Paradise

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. The location is second to none, the staff is excellent and went above and beyond, and the property owner was SO helpful and instrumental in planning the details of our trip. He offered helpful information and tips on restaurants, excursions, must sees, car rentals, etc. The suite is fully furnished and clean and also has some unexpected extras including charging stations which delighted our teenagers! The beach, the snorkeling, the pools, and Somewhere restaurant on site makes it hard to leave although we did to go explore this beautiful island. Highly recommend - it's paradise!

Great location and perfect for snorklers

Loved our stay at this condo, we loved the layout and having 1.5 bathrooms. The snorkeling was nice that is only a few steps into the beach and so close to shore even (great for kids) We enjoyed seeing parrot fish, sea turtles, and many other fish. It's not a replacement for a snorkeling boat tour but its really nice for some ocean time. Love the location and Somewhere Cafe was really good food and bar and the employees there always remembered us and was so friendly. The bed mattress is the most comfortable bed- wow, I want this mattress at home. We liked all the tech stuff and phone charger that was really nice and you don't see that in other condos. Construction next door is 7 days a week but the entire Island has construction going on and you can not really hear it from the beach and this condo will still have an ocean view for morning coffee...which we spent like 3 hours having coffee each morning with this view. Loved our stay and hope we can come back. Thank you!

Beautiful location, great room. Construction of new condos next door. The constant hammering and banging started at 6 am every morning and continued well after dark. Very annoying. Was expecting a quiet and relaxing vacation, that’s not what we got

Nice property but beware…

It’s difficult to rate this property because on the one hand it’s a very nice, clean (somewhat dated) condo with a gorgeous location, but on the OTHER HAND the on line pictures of the view were not only inaccurate, they were very deceiving.,. As you walk into the condo and see the view out of your balcony it takes your breath away, but as you take ONE STEP out on the balcony you will find a very disappointing HUGE construction project that REALLY messes up the view vibe excitement you had 2 seconds before that… (it’s end result will be 7 stories…) To me the termination of half of our view was the worst part. The construction trucks, tractors, and cement trucks (who were on duty beginning at 6 a.m.) and the water pumps that run 24/7 really didn’t bother me as much…The owner was extremely responsive and promptly returned 20% of our money, which was appreciated but didn’t take away the “sting” of not showing us exactly what we were getting ourselves into…The only thing else that bothered me was the uneasy feeling that you got “thinking” he could see our comings and goings through the electronic panel he had in the foyer, which didn’t work, but had a camera on it and believe he was changing the temp in the condo when we left because it was always higher than we had it. Other than that, the view you DID have from the balcony was gorgeous straight on and to the right, beaches pristine, snorkeling fun, great staff on site.

Property is in terrific location right on the beach in front of the reef. Very nice section of beach to walk either direction. On site management company very helpful with any needs.

Great location

Love this location and generally had a great time. Condo however needs a little updating especially the floors, and had to purchase some clorox bathroom cleaners for the toilet bowls/ bathroom smell. Once we did that (and unplugged all those air freshners), we were ok for the rest of the trip.

Location, location, location

Sitting smack in front of the best snorkeling reef on the island the location of this condo can’t be beat. We spent 12 days and still didn’t want to leave. Unit is well equipped with all amenities. The mattresses are so comfortable I am buying one for my home. Other reviewers have mentioned the condition of the floors so I won’t belabor that. Coral Gardens was shutting down for a month right after we left and management told us the floors were getting attention during the downtime. We’ll be heading back soon!

Great snorkel and tiki bar spot in paradise

Great location. Great beach/water. Great reef to snorkel right off the beach. Umbrella covered beach chairs for the Coral Gardens guest everyday at no charge. Extra pool toys and beach toys in the unit. Pretty close to a perfect stay. Only negative was a really sandy floor upon arrival that we only made worse (but you are literally on the beach). Overall, great place for a pretty fair price when compared to hotels in the area. Would 100% definitely return.

Location, location, location!

We had a lovely stay with a phenomenal location directly on the beach with amazing views! This property was as described for the most part and we enjoyed most things about it. Pros: location, comfy bed, sizable space, communicative owner, check-in/check-out, blender for frozen drinks, friendly staff, cold air conditioning, stocked kitchen Cons: state of the unit in general - the floors need a good scrubbing, not with a wring mop like the housekeeping uses, I was on my hands and knees with a scrub brush because we couldn't walk on the floors they were that caked with dirt. My husband finally made me stop since we were on vacation so we just wore shoes any time we were inside. I get it's a beach house but even the guest book had people complaining about how dirty the floors were in March. The comforter had a rip in it and ink pen stains all over, (it was not the one in the photos), one night stand had a screw missing from the handle so it just hung off, scuffs and paint marks all over the walls, broken blinds in the bedroom. It just feels like it needs a bit of attention and a deep clean. The safe in the room has only 1 preset combination, so you could not change it and the housekeeping staff know the combination so I don't understand why there is a safe if housekeeping and management know the combination! We didn't feel secure leaving our things in it so we hid it elsewhere.

Great Find on the Bight Reef

My husband and I stayed here in early June and really enjoyed our stay. We liked the location, as the beach was never very busy and we were able to find a place to relax, swim, or play games The condo was equipped with some games and activities for the water, which we really appreciated. We found that the condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and updated. The air conditioning also worked well, which was important for the hot summer days. It was also generally quiet (I never heard the adjacent condos while we were there). When we visited we had the pools to ourselves several times as well. The staff at the condo was also friendly to us. The attendants at the towel cabana were willing to chat and give advice about snorkeling. The office staff helped us book taxis several times. We really appreciated the service. One other item to note is that the restaurant on site made it very convenient to grab food or drinks. Thanks to everyone for making our stay excellent!
