'This was our first trip to the Cape and found this to be a great place to stay! There are great beaches nearby as well as a walking/biking path. It is also equidistant to both Hyannis and Provincetown which was very convenient. The house had all the necessary amenities (and a little extra) and was comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms have low clearance in some spots and would be tough to navigate for taller people.The upstairs shower is tight but useable for smaller individuals. And the outside...

'This house worked perfectly for two families vacationing together. The lower level provided a great hang out space for the teens. This home has recently been renovated and has new floors, appliances, and very comfortable beds. 'Cosy retreat with pond view. Great for canoeing with the dog. Sweet porch for reading and morning coffee. Tara was an excellent host who communicated immediately and went well above and beyond to correct an issue that was out of her control.A great central location that allowed us to roam freely to our favorite beaches, hikes, and restaurants. We will gladly return in the future. '

'Our family of 8 was so comfortable in this house. It was beautifully landscaped. Loved how private and cozy it felt. Definitely made use of the rail trail in the backyard. It was an easy walk down to Arnold’s for mini golf and ice cream. We had a couple runners in the house that also enjoyed the having a safe place to run. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was also so nice to have so many bath, beach, and swim towels provided. Huge plus! ...

'I loved my stay at the Cape Cod Cottage Retreat. It was really a retreat. The house is located on a very quiet road. I didn’t even hear the traffic from route 6 which is right around the corner. The inside was clean and provided everything to keep it that way. The kitchen was a nice size, and had all the things you would need to make a lovely meal. They supplied, the first mornings.
